SPECIAL NIHARI



SPECIAL NIHARI

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg Beef,      
½ kg Bone Marrow,
1tbsp Ginger Paste,
1tbsp Garlic Paste,

1 cup Flour,
3 tbsp Nihari Masala,
2 Onion,

1 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,   
3-4 tbsp Ginger Slices,
3-4 tbsp Green Coriander Leaves, 
2 Lemons,         
4-5 Green Chilies,
1 cup Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:
Cook ½ kg Bone Marrow, Water and Ginger Garlic pastes for 3-4 hours. Now take the bones out and keep them aside. Sauté 1 cup Flour nicely. Now take Oil in a pan and fry Onions till Golden Brown. Now add in Ginger, Garlic and 1 kg Beef. Cook it then add Nihari Masala. Cook it for 1-2 minutes on a high flame and add in Stock. When the Meat tenders, mix Flour with Water and gradually add it in Nihari and mix it. When the gravy thickens add in Marrow. In the end take some Oil in the pan and sauté some Onion. Pour the Oil in Nihari. Garnish with Green Chilies, Green Coriander Leaves, Lemons and Ginger Slices. SPECIAL NIHARI is ready to serve.
