CHILI MAC CASSEROLE

CHILI MAC CASSEROLE 

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Un-cooked Elbow Macaroni
1 kg lean Ground Beef
 
500 gm Kidney Beans, Rinsed and Drained 800 gm diced Tomatoes, Undrained1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin Seeds
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
100 gm Chopped Green Chilies
1-1/2 tsp Salt, you can increase/decrease as per your taste,
200 gm Tomato Paste
1 Onion, Chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper
250 gm Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend

PREPARATION:

Cook Macaroni according to Package Directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, cook the Beef, Onion and Garlic over medium heat until Meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the Tomatoes, Beans, Tomato Paste, Chilies and Seasonings. Drain Macaroni add to Beef Mixture. Transfer to a 13-in. x 9-in. Baking Dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; Sprinkle with Cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. CHILI MAC CASSEROLE is ready to serve.

Take Blackcurrants. Take Seeds of them. dry under sun. Grind in Grinder .Make Powder of it. Take double weight Honey i.e if 100 gm is Powder take 200 gm Honey. Mix them thoroughly. Keep that mixture in a fine bottle. Give the child 1/2 tsp daily night before going to bed. Watch the difference in just 1 week.

INGREDIENTS:
50 gm Black Seeds,
50 gm Fenugreek Seeds,
50 gm Gymnema Sylvestris,
50 gm Bitter Gowrd,
50 gm Sazygmnum Jumbulam,
25 gm Black Pepper.


HOW TO USE:

Grind all the ingredients in the Grinder and keep this Powder in a dry and neat bottle. Take 5 gm in Boiling Hot Water. Mix it thoroughly and drink the stained water. Take this water for 3-4 months daily and watch the difference.

INGREDIENTS:
500 gm Beef cubes,
1\2 cup Rice (Washed and Soaked Overnight),
1 cup Broken Wheat,
1 cup Yogurt,
1tsp Ginger Paste,
1tsp Garlic Paste, 
1 Lemon cubes,
1\2 cup Split Green Gram,
1\2 cup Red Lentil,
1\2 cup Split Bengal Gram,
1 cup Onion Sliced,

1tsp Turmeric Powder,
1tsp Red Chilli,
1tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
1tsp Mixed Spices Powder,
1tsp Aniseed,
4 tbsp Ginger (Finely Sliced),
4 tbsp Coriander,
4 tbsp Mint,
2 Green Chillies, Finely sliced,
1 cup Cooking Oil.    

PREPARATION:
Take a Wok. Add Cooking Oil in it and put it on low medium flame. Add Onions and fry them till their color change. Add Yogurt, Beef Cubes, Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder Mixed spices Powder, Red Lentil, Green Split Lentil & Split Bengal Gram. Grind Aniseed and pour in the mixture. Ginger & Garlic Pastes and let them cook on low flame for 5 Hours. Stir spoon occasionally. When it is tender then add some of the mixture in a grinder and grind them. Put this grind-ed mixture in the wok. Fry some onion and add in the mixture.Add Coriander and Mint leaves on top of it. Add finely grated Ginger on it. on top of it add Lemon Juice. KITCHRA HALEEM is ready to serve.
 

HYDERABADI HALEEM

HYDERABADI HALEEM

INGREDIENTS :
1 kg Mutton-Boneless, Cubed
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste1 ¼ cup Onions Finely Chopped
¼ cup Lemon juice 
1 kg Cracked Wheat
2 tsp Green Coriander Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
2 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
3-4 Black Cardamoms
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2cup  Cooking Oil
2-3 tbsp Green Chillies for Garnish
3-4 tbsp Mint Leaves for Garnish   

PREPARATION:
Mix together the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Chilli and Coriander Paste, Cardamom and Cinnamon Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and Salt. Marinate the Meat in this mixture and leave 3-4 hours. Add enough Water to the Broken Wheat and cook till tender. When cool enough to handle, blend to a paste in a blender. Heat the oil and add the Meat mixture. Turn around over high heat, till opaque. Add Water to cover and cook, covered over low heat till tender. Add the Wheat Paste and continue to cook another 15-20 minutes. HYDERBADI HALEEM is ready to serve.

PILES BLEEDING:
Squeeze 1/2 Lemon in a Glass of Milk. Drink it immediately. Repeat it every 3-4 Hours to stop bleeding from Piles.

PILES NOT BLEEDING:
  • Extract the Ripped Mango Seeds. Dry them under Sun. Grind them to make powder. Now take 2-3 gm Powder with 1 tbsp Honey twice a day for 2-3 weeks. Watch the difference.
  • Take 4-5 Dry Figs. Soak them in a glass of Water during night time. Early in the morning consume Figs as well as Soaking Water. Repeat it for 3-4 Weeks and watch the difference. Piles will cure naturally.

Take 1 Egg White in a Bowl. Mix thoroughly. The mixture is ready for its application.

HOW TO USE:

Take 4-5 Orange peels. dry in Sun under shade. Grind them in grinder. Take a bowl of Milk and add the Orange Powder in it. Dip for 2-3 Hours then stain with a stainer. Apply this mask during night time and early in the morning wash with slightly warm water. Your skin will be shining and glowing.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Mutton,
3 tsp Salt,
1 tbsp Garlic Paste,
1 tbsp Ginger Paste,
20-25 Almonds,
12-15 Peppercorn,
5-6 Green Chiies,
1 Cinnamon Stick,
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder,
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds,
2 Tomatoes,
2 Medium Sized Onions, 
150 gm Butter,
4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
Take warnm water and dip almonds for 10 minuets and peel off them. Take a pressure cooker. Add in Mutton, Salt, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Peppercorn, Green Chillies Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Seeds, Tomatoes, Onions and 4-5 Cup of Water and close the lid and put on medium fire for 30-35 minutes till Mutton is tender. Open the lid and add Butter and Cooking Oil and peeled off Almonds. Fry the Mutton. Garnish with Lemon slices.SALTISH MUTTON is ready to serve.

POTATOES WITH CUMIN SEEDS

POTATOES WITH CUMIN SEEDS


INGREDIENTS:
5-6 Red Potatoes
1-2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds

2-3 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Salt. You can increase/decrease as per your taste.
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil

PREPARATION:

Peel and Slice Potatoes into thin Slices and soak in water for 5-10 minutes. Heat Oil in a non stick, wide based pan. Add the Potatoes to the Oil and fry on a high heat for 5-7 minutes. Next add Salt and lower heat, cook till soft, add Water if need be to soften them. Once Water has dried, Next crush the Dried Chillies and add to the pot & mix. Next add the Cumin, Mustard Seeds and mix and cook for a few minutes. Remove off heat. POTATOES WITH CUMIN SEEDS is ready to serve.

VEGETARIAN HALEEM

VEGETARIAN HALEEM

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Broken Wheat, 
2 tbsp Rolled Oats,
1 tbsp Red Lentils,
1 tbsp Whole black beans,
1 tbsp Split green gram,
1 tbsp Sesame seeds,
¼ tsp Peppercorns, 
5 Green cardamom,
5 Cloves,
2" piece Cinnamon stick, 
1 tsp Black Cumin seeds,
¼ cup Soy Granules, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes,
1 tbsp Cashews Nuts,
1 tbsp Almonds,
2 Onions , thinly sliced,
½ cup Mixed Vegetables,
½ cup Milk, 
2-3 Green Chilies, slit,
¼ cup Mint, Chopped,
¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped,
1 Lemon - for garnish,
1 tsp Salt, You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil.


PREPARATION:
Grind the  Broken Wheat, Rolled Oats, Red Lentils, Whole Black Beans, Split Green Gram, Sesame Seeds, Peppercorn, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick & Black Cumin Seed into a coarse powder. This comes up to about 1 cup of powder. In a saute pan, heat 2 tbsp Oil and fry the chopped Onions on medium flame until Lightly Browned around the edges and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside until ready to use. In a Pressure Cooker, heat 2 tbsp Oil, add the Chopped Nuts and fry until Golden. Next add the Slit Green Chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add almost all of the caramelized Onions, reserving some for Garnish, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Next stir in mixed Vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the water from Soy Granules. Add this to the Pressure Cooker, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add the Milk and scrape the bottom to pick up all the stuck bits. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 cups of Water, Chopped Herbs, Salt and the Powder. Mix well to make sure that there are no lumps. Bring this mixture to a soft boil. Cover the Pressure Cooker and cook on medium-low flame for 15 minutes until everything is cooked through. Once the Pressure dissipates, open the lid and mash the mixture to get the Silky Smooth texture. VEGETARIAN HALEEM is ready to serve.  Serve hot Garnished with Chopped Herbs, Lemon Wedges and Sauteed Nuts on top.

An easy method to remove facial hair is to apply lotion made be adding  Turmeric Powder  in  Normal Floor and kneading it with Rose Water. Apply it Gently and rub it on your face. Do it for once a day for 2 weeks and watch the difference. The hair will be removed and will never come back.

PREPARATION:
Take a bowl. Add in the bowl all the ingredients in it. Mix thoroughly to form a paste. REMEDY FOR ACNE  cream is ready to apply.

HOW TO APPLY:
Apply the  Remedy for Acne Cream gently on your face. Keep it on your face for 15-20 minutes. After time elapsed wash with Luke Warm Water. Apply it once in a week for consecutive 2 months and watch the difference.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) Pie Crust, Baked
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
4 Bananas, Sliced
2 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Egg Yolks, Beaten
2 tbsp Butter
3/4 cup Sugar


PREPARATION:
In a Saucepan, combine Sugar, Flour, and Salt. Add Milk in gradually while stirring gently. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is Bubbly. Keep stirring and cook for about 2 more minutes, and then remove from the burner. Stir a small quantity of the hot mixture into the Beaten Egg Yolks, and immediately add Egg Yolk Mixture to the rest of the hot mixture. Cook for 2 more minutes; remember to keep stirring. Remove the mixture from the stove, and add Butter and Vanilla. Stir until the whole thing has a smooth consistency. Slice Bananas into the cooled baked pastry shell. Top with Pudding Mixture. Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Chill for an hour. BANANA CREAM PIE is ready to serve.

KASHMIRI GUSHTABA

KASHMIRI GUSHTABA

INGREDIENTS:
½ kg Boneless Mutton,
50 gm  Kidneys fat,
½ liter Milk,
250 gm Yoghurt,
250 gm Khoya,
2 tbsp Ghee,
1tsp Fennel Seed, 
1 tsp All Spice Powder,
5-6 Black pepper,
½ tsp Ginger Paste,
½ tsp Coriander Powder,
½ tsp Sugar,
½ tsp Cardamoms Powder,
1 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste.
1 tsp Ginger Powder,


PREPARATION:
Put the Boneless Meat and Fat in a Chopper and chopperize finely. Add Cardamom Powder, a little Salt and Ginger Powder. After mixing well make round balls about 3 inches diameter. Heat Oil in a large vessel, add salt, and one Liter Water. Add Sugar, Khoya, Yogurt, All Spice Powder and Salt. Pour in the Milk, add the Meat Balls and simmer until the liquid evaporates and the Meat Balls are very tender. KASHMIRI GUSHTABA is ready to serve.

KEY LIME PIE

KEY LIME PIE


INGREDIENTS:
1 Un-baked Crust
2 tbsp Loosely Packed Key Lime Zest
3 Egg Yolks
1 400 gm Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 cup Fresh Key Lime Juice

4-5 tbsp Whipped Cream
3-4  Lime Zest for Garnish

PREPARATION:

Beat the Zest and Egg Yolks together on medium-high speed for a few minutes, until the Yolks have increased in volume and become thickened and a pale yellow. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk and beat on a fairly high speed for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, add the Lime Juice. Stir until well incorporated, but do not over mix. Pour into the Un-baked Crust and put in the oven to Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Prepare and pipe a border of Stabilized Whipped Cream. Refrigerate for at least four hours. KEY LIME PIE is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Unbaked Pie Crust,
10 cups Tart Cherries, Washed and Pitted,
3 cups Sugar,
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Cornstarch,
 

PREPARATION:
Mix the Cherries, Sugar, and Cornstarch together in a large bowl and let set for 30-45 minutes. Transfer to a large pot and cook over medium heat until thick.  Allow the Cherry Filling to cool for 30 minutes or so before adding to your Bottom Crust. Take 1 Pie Crust and add cooled Cherry Filling. Add your top crust and bake in a 375° for 45 min. to an hour. Cool on wire cooling rack for 2 hours. CHERRY PIE is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS: 

Ginger 1" Piece , 
3-4 Black Pepper Corn,
Honey as required,
 

PREPARATION:
Make paste of Ginger and Black Pepper and keep it in a small bottle. Don't mix Honey yet, keep it aside.


HOW TO USE:
Exactly before sleep, take 1/2 teaspoon of this Ginger/Black Pepper Paste in a teaspoon and other half of teaspoon mix Honey and make it Tittle Warm and Drink it immediately (you would feel little spicy but bear it) and don't drink anything after this, even Water. Sleep immediately. In the morning you will not feel cough.

INGREDIENTS:
500 gm Chicken Minced,
2 Mashed Boiled Potatoes,
1 Bunch Chopped Mint Leaves,
3 Eggs
1 tsp Salt (you can increase/decrease as per your taste),
1 Cup Flour
5 Chopped Green Chilies,
1 Cup Bread Crumbs,
1/2 tsp Baking Powder,
1 tbsp Pea Flour,
1 tbsp Crushed Cumin,
1 tbsp Ginger Paste,
1 tbsp Garlic Paste,
1 tbsp Red Chilies Powder,
4 Cup Cooking Oil,

PREPARATION:

Take a big bowl. Add Chicken Mince, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, Mashed Potatoes, Bread Crumbs, Flour, Pea Flour, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Baking Powder, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilies Powder and Eggs. Mix them thoroughly. Take a tray and spread Minced Mixture on it. Now take templates and make a round shape like donuts. Take a frying pan. Add cooking oil and put it on fire at low medium flame. When these donuts turn Golden Brown take out them and put them on serving dish. CHICKEN DONUTS are ready. Serve them at tea time.

MULTANI SOHN HALWA

MULTANI SOHN HALWA

INGREDIENTS:
3 liter Milk,

20 grams Citric Acid50 grams Walnut,
50 gm Pistachio Nuts,
50 gm Almonds,
50 gm Liquid Glucose,
60 gm Samnak (Wheat Sprouts),
375 gm Sugar,
125 grams Flour,
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder,
1 pinch Nutmeg,
1 pinch Yellow Color,
50 grams Ghee.
 


PREPARATION:
Heat Milk in a pot and boil it, then add Flour, Sumnak, and add a pinch of Yellow Color in little Water. Stir constantly. Add Crushed Citric Acid mix it well and cook until it become thick. Add Sugar and cook until Water dries up. Now add Ghee, Cardamom Powder, a pinch of Nutmeg and fry it. In the last add Almonds, Walnut and Liquid Glucose and then transfer this mixture to a greasy dish or try. Dust Chopped Pistachio on it and keeps it until it firm. Slice it into small pieces. MULTANI SOHN HALWA is ready to serve.

Collect hair of Female Camel. Now lit some charcoal and put them on a steel plate and pour Hair on the fired coals. Inhale the smoke through nasal which was bleeding. Time is best when bleeding come to an end. This is time tested by the author. Since once have been done in 1970 had never bleed till today.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel,
2 tbsp Almond Oil.

PREPARATION:
Take a bowl. Pour Aloe Vera Gel and Almond Oil . Mix thoroughly to form a paste. Paste is ready to use for REMEDY FOR THIN HAIR.

HOW TO USE:
Apply the above mentioned paste and rub it thoroughly on the scalp of your head for 3-4 minutes. Let it be there for 45 minutes and then wash your head with Luke Warm Water.  This will soothe your scalp and boost hair growth. You have also to drink Aloe Vera Juice in the morning at empty stomach daily. This will also encourage hair growth. Use it for 15 days and watch the difference. After every 5 days application of this Gel apply Coconut Oil also after the application. This will also encourage hair to become thicker.

ROAST BEEF

ROAST BEEF
INGREDIENTS:

2.5 kg Beef (in 1 piece)
1/2 cup White Vinegar

1.5 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
6 Lemon

2tbsp Soya Sauce
1tbsp Ginger Paste

1tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 kg Yogurt

PREPARATION:   
Wash the Meat piece well, Marinate it with all ingredients and mark the cut with the help of fork. Leave it for 1 hour. Take a cooking bowl put beef and a cup of Water. Now leave it over slow flame. When water get evaporates, check the Meat got soften with knife. If not then add little amount of Water again. When Meat gets soft then add Soya sauce. ROAST BEEF is ready to serve. Cut it into slices and serve with Green Chutni and Ketchup.



 


BAKED CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup  Sour Cream
150 gm Chopped Green Chiles, drained
1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
8  Sprouted Grain Tortillas, 8 inch
Vegetable Cooking Spray
250 gm Yogurt
Green Taco Sauce
 

FOR TOPPINGS:
Diced Tomato, 
Chopped Avocado, 
Chopped Green Onions, 
Sliced Ripe Olives, 
Chopped Cilantro.

PREPARATION:

Stir together first Chicken, Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Chillies & Cilantro. Spoon Chicken Mixture evenly over each Tortilla, and roll up. Arrange in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch Baking Dish. Coat Tortillas with Vegetable Cooking Spray. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until Golden Brown. Stir together Sour Cream and Taco Sauce. Spoon over hot Enchiladas, and sprinkle with toppings. BAKED CHICKEN ENCHILADAS are ready to serve.
