DAL BAATI

DAAL BAATI


INGREDIENTS:
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds 
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
 
1 tbsp  Minced Ginger Garlic
1/2 cup Yogurt 
3 tbsp Water  approximately to knead 3-4 Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,  

2 tbsp Cooking Oil.

PREPARATION:

Mix all the dry ingredients and add Oil and incorporate it well in the Flour. Add rest of the ingredients and knead well incorporating Water as needed. Preheat oven to 350 F. Let the Dough rest for 15 minutes. Make small Golf Sized Balls and bake for 25 - 30 minutes flipping them around midway. Once done dip them in Ghee, pour your daal and enjoy. DAAL BAATI is ready to serve.
