MEXICAN SOUP WITH TACOS

MEXICAN SOUP WITH TACOS



INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Ground Beef,

1 Envelope Taco Seasoning, 
2-1/2 cups Water,
500 gm Mild Chili Beans,  
500 gm Whole Kernel Corn, 
500 gm Pinto Beans,  
500 gm Stewed Tomatoes,
300 gm Diced Tomato with Green Chilies,
100 gm Chopped Green Chilies, optional,
1 Envelope Ranch Salad Dressing Mix.
 


 PREPARATION:
In a Microwave oven, cook Beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add Taco Seasoning and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. About 2 liter MEXICAN SOUP WITH TACOS is ready to serve.
