QUINOA PIZZA POPPERS



QUINOA PIZZA POPPERS

INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups Cooked Quinoa,
3 Egg Whites (do not use Liquid Egg Whites),
2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary (Finely Chopped),
2 tsp. Dried Oregano,
4-5 Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped),
1 tsp. Black Pepper,
1/2 cup Mini Turkey Pepperoni,
1/2 cup Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Crumbles,
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan,
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.



PREPARATION:
Preheat your oven to 350ยบ F, allow oven to warm up at least 20-30 minutes before you place your recipe in to cook. Grease a mini muffin pan with Coconut Oil. Heat skillet on stovetop with the Olive Oil, add your Chopped Garlic, Chopped Rosemary, Oregano and Black Pepper. Cook until Garlic becomes translucent and removes from heat and allows cooling. (Do not overcook/brown the garlic). Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Fill your muffin tins with the pizza mixture. Place in preheated oven and allow cooking for approximately 15-20 minutes. When pizza poppers are completely cooked remove from oven and allow cooling or they will not stick together. QUINOA PIZZA POPPERS are ready to serve. Serve these by dipping into your favorite pizza sauce.

EAT 2 FIGS.DAILY AT NIGHT TIME BEFORE SLEEP.
TAKE 1 CUP OF FRESH MILK. ADD 4-5 DROPS BLACK SEEDS OIL IN MILK AND THEN DRINK IT. YOU HAVE NOT TO EAT ANYTHING UP TO 2 HOURS AFTER DRINKING MILK. REPEAT IT FOR 2 MONTHS EVERY DAY. AVOID EATING POTATOES AND TOMATOES DURING THESE 2 MONTHS.

SAGO PEARLS VERMICELLI KHEER



SAGO PEARLS VERMICELLI KHEER

INGREDIENTS:
1 liter Milk,
3/4 cup Vermicelli,
3/4 cup Sago Pearls,
3/4 cup Sugar You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
 2 tbsp. Ghee,
 10-12 Cashew Nuts,
 10-12 Raisins,
 ¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder,

PREPARATION:
Soak Sago Pearls in enough water for an hour. Drain the water after an hour and set aside. Heat ½ Ghee portion in a pan on a medium flame.  Add Vermicelli and roast them till Golden Brown. Keep aside. In the same pan, add remaining half portion of Ghee. Add Cashew Nuts and Raisins and stir fry till Golden Brown. Keep it aside. Boil Milk in a separate vessel. Once it reaches the boiling point, lower the flame. Add soaked Sago Pearls and cook on a low flame stirring in between. Once the Sago is half cooked, add Vermicelli and mix well. Cook on a medium heat till both Sago and Vermicelli are fully cooked. Add Sugar and Cardamom Powder and simmer on a low flame for another 5 minutes till the Sugar is fully dissolved. Add Roasted Cashew Nuts and Raisins and mix well. When the kheer starts thickening, switch off the flame and remove the kheer in a serving bowl. SAGO PEARLS VERMICELLI KHEER is ready to serve. Serve Sago Vermicelli kheer warm or chilled.


SOYA BEANS & MUTTON



SOYA BEANS & MUTTON

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kg Mutton,

1/2 kg Soya Bean,

2 tbsp. Garlic (Chopped),

2 Onions (Chopped),

1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper,

1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper,

2 pieces Cinnamon,

4-5 Cardamom,

4-5 Cloves,

1 tbsp. Mixed Spices,

1/2 tsp Turmeric,

1 pinch Baking Soda,

1 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste.

2 tbsp. Olive Oil.





PREPARATION:

Soak Soya Beans whole night in water. Add Baking Powder in it as well. Now rinse Soya Beans and boil them. Take a cooking bowl put Olive Oil in it. Add Cardamom, Clove, and Cinnamon and cook it for a while. Now add Onion, Garlic and cook it well until it turns Golden Brown in color and add Mutton in it. Add Red Pepper, Turmeric, Salt, Black Pepper, and cook it. Add Soya Beans in it and cook it well until Soya Beans gets split.  Sprinkle Mixed Spices. SOYA BEANS & MUTTON is ready to serve.
