ARABIAN MINCE RINGS



ARABIAN MINCE RINGS





INGREDIENTS:

250 gm Minced lamb,

250 gm Beef minced,

2 tbsp. Spring Onion (Chopped),

2 Eggs (Lightly Beaten),

1 tsp. Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,

2 slices Bread Slice,         

1/2 tsp Mixed Spices (Ground),

2 Dry Dates (Soak in water till soften),

2 Dry Apricot (Soak in water till soften),

2 tbsp. Pine Nuts (Crushed),

2 tbsp. Pistachio (Crushed),

1/4 tsp Saffron Powder,

1/2 tsp Mint (Chopped),

2 tsp Green Chilies (Chopped),

1/2 cup Cooking Oil.       

               

PREPARATION:

Soften the Bread Slices, chop Dry Dates and Apricot. Mix all the ingredients together refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes. Make Ring Shape Rissoles. Heat half Cooking Oil fry three ring rissoles at a time. Fry the first side for 5 minutes at medium heat then change the side and fry for another 5 minutes. Fry the remaining rings in the same way. ARABIAN MINCE RINGS are ready to serve. Serve with Rice and Yogurt.
