DAM KA MINCE

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Minced Mutton,
1.5 cup Yogurt,
15 Whole Red Chilies,  
2tbsp. Mixed Spices Whole,
4tbsp. Poppy Seeds,
4tbsp. Black Bengal Gram (Roasted),
½ Garlic Whole,
2” piece of Ginger,
1 tsp Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste,
2 Onions,
2 Tomatoes,
1 Green Chili (Cut it into pieces),
1/2 bunch Green Coriander,
4 Onions (Cut in round shape, sprinkle Salt on them),
1 piece Coal,
1 cup Cooking Oil. 
          
PREPARATION:
Add all spices (Grinded) in a big bowl. Add yogurt as well. Keep Minced Mutton in the bowl and keep for marinating overnight. Now take a wok and heat Oil. Add Onion till they are Golden Brown. Now add Tomatoes and fry them till they are softened. Then add Marinated Mince in it and fry it. Then add Green Coriander and Green Chilies. Now put a piece of Bread on which put Hot Coal. Put some oil on it and cover the wok for 10-15 minutes. DAM KA MINCE is ready to serve. Serve it with Boiled Rice.
