HYDERABADI MUTTON KARAHI



INGREDIENTS:

½ kg Mutton,

2 Red Tomatoes,

2 Onions (Chopped),

4 Whole Green Chilies,

3-4 Curry Leaves,

1/2 cup Tamarind Paste, 

6-7 Peanuts,

1 small Grated Coconut,

1 tsp. Turmeric Powder,

1 tsp. White Cumin,

1 tbsp. Red Chili Powder,

1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste,

1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds, 

2 tbsp. White Sesame, 

2 tbsp. Rice,

Salt to taste,

1 cup Cooking Oil.



PREPARATION:

Cut Tomatoes in 4 pieces. Soak Rice in water and make paste. Wash Mutton and add in pan with 3 cup Water, Cooking Oil, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder and Onions to cook. Add Poppy Seeds, White Sesame, White Cumin, Grated Coconut and Peanuts in flat pan to roast and blend it in chopper. When Meat is tender and water dries up, put roasted chopped Spices to cook. Then add Tamarind Paste, 2 cup Water, Curry Leaves and Whole Green Chilies and cook on low flame. When Green Chilies tender add dissolve Rice in Water and pour it in pan with Tomato and stir it with Wooden Spoon. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes. HYDERABADI MUTTON KARAHI is ready to serve.
