SHAHI SHEER KHURMA

INGREDIENTS:
1 liter Fresh Milk,
½ cup Vermicelli,
1 tbsp. Ghee,
3 Cardamoms,
4 Dry Dates (Sliced),
3 tbsp. Pistachio (Sliced),
3 tbsp. Almonds (Sliced),
½ tsp Saffron,
½ cup Heaped Sugar,
2 tbsp. Khoya,

PREPARATION:
Heat up Ghee. Add Cardamoms with Vermicelli and brown it. Add milk with dry dates, cook for 5 minutes. When Dates turn into soft; add Sugar, Khoya, Almonds, Pistachios and Saffron. Cook for 5 minutes more. SHAHI SHEER KHURMA is ready to serve. Serve it after cooling in Refrigerator.
