PRAWN & VEGETABLE SALAD



PRAWN & VEGETABLE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

200 gm. Prawns,

½ tbsp. Garlic Paste,

½ tsp.Cumin Powder,

½ tsp.Red Chilies (Crushed),

1 tsp.Salt You can increase/decrease as per your taste.

1 tsp. Olive Oil,



FOR DRESSING:

2 tbsp. Soya Sauce,

2 tbsp.  White Vinegar,

½ tbsp. Garlic (Chopped),

½ tbsp. Black Pepper (Crushed),

Salt-As required,

1 Carrot,

100 gm. Iceberg,

100 gm  Runner Beans,

100 gm  Mango without Skin (Cubes),

1 tbsp. Olive Oil,



PREPARATION:

Take a mixing bowl and put Prawns, Garlic Paste, Cumin Powder, Red Chilies, Olive Oil and Salt in it and mix it well n leave it for a while. Now, take a round shape pan & stir fry it. For dressing, take mixing bowl and put all the ingredients of dressing and mix it well. Your dressing is ready. Take a big  bowl and put Runner Beans and boil them after that cut it into small pieces. Now take mixing bowl and put Iceberg, Carrot, Runner Beans and Mango Cubes mix them well. After that add Prawns on it. Now put dressing over it and mix it well. Now put 2 or 3 Prawn for dressing. PRAWN & VEGETABLE SALAD is ready to serve.


CINNAMON VANILLA PANCAKE SYRUP



CINNAMON VANILLA PANCAKE SYRUP

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Water 
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar 

2 tbsp. Heavy Cream 

1/2 tsp.  Ground Cinnamon 

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract







PREPARATION:

Combine the Water and Sugar in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Keep stirring until the Sugar dissolves. Keep boiling until syrup is reduced to about 1 cup. Remove from heat and whisk in the Cinnamon, Cream, and Vanilla Extract. Keep warm until served, can be refrigerated for up to about 2 weeks. CINNAMON VANILLA PANCAKE SYRUP is ready to serve.

Take 3 Figs. Dip in water at night time. Early in the morning take Figs as well as its water. Use it daily. Watch the difference after 15 days.

FAST BAKED APPLES WITH STREUSEL



FAST BAKED APPLES WITH STREUSEL

INGREDIENTS:
4 large Apples
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Quick-Cooking Oats, uncooked
2 tbsp. Dates (Chopped)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (Ground)
2 tsp. Butter

PREPARATION:
Core Apples, cutting out a 1-inch-diameter cylinder from the center of each, almost but not all the way through to the bottom. Remove peel about one-third of the way down from the top. Place Apples in shallow 1-quart ceramic Casserole Baking Dish. In small bowl, combine Brown Sugar, Oats, Dates and Cinnamon. Fill each cored Apple with equal amounts of Oat Mixture. (Mixture will spill over the tops of the apples.) Place 2 tsp. Butter on top of filling in each Apple. Microwave Apples, covered, on medium-high until tender, 12 to 14 minutes, turning each apple halfway through cooking time. Spoon cooking liquid from baking dish over Apples. FAST BAKED APPLES WITH STREUSEL is ready to serve.

CHOPPED GREEK SALAD WITH CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Dill
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
6 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
400 gm Chopped Cooked Chicken
2 Medium Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 Medium Cucumber (Peeled, Seeded, and Chopped0
1/2 cup Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/2 cup Ripe Black Olives (Sliced)
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

PREPARATION:
Whisk Vinegar, Oil, Dill, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper in a large bowl. Add Lettuce, Chicken, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion, Olives, and Feta; toss to coat. CHOPPED GREEK SALAD WITH CHICKEN   is ready to serve.
