GREEN EASY CHICKEN



GREEN EASY CHICKEN
(BODY FITNESS FOOD SERIAL # 2)

INGREDIENTS:
400 gm. Green Beans
300 gm. Cherry Tomatoes
300 gm. Chicken Breast
150 ml Chicken Stock
½ tsp. Salt you can increase/decrease as per your taste.
½ tsp. Ground Pepper

PREPARATION:
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Wash and clean the Green Beans and Cherry Tomatoes. Boil the Chicken Stock. Take an oven dish and put the Green Beans on the bottom, spice with fresh Black Pepper. Put the Chicken Breast and the Cherry Tomatoes on the Green Beans. Pour in the Chicken Stock. Spice the oven dish some more with fresh Black Pepper and Salt. Put the oven dish in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes. GREEN EASY CHICKEN (BODY FITNESS FOOD SERIAL # 2) is ready to serve. You can serve it on a plate without the Chicken Stock or in a bowl with the Chicken Stock.
